**1. Parcel Opening Policy**

As soon as you receive your parcel, **please make a complete unboxing video before opening it**. This video will serve as proof in case there is any issue, such as a missing, damaged, or incorrect product. Please make sure the video clearly shows the parcel, shipping label, and the complete opening process.

At Suger Tub, we allow you to **open your parcel at the time of delivery** before accepting it. Please check your order carefully to make sure the products are correct and have arrived in good condition.

**2. Missing or Damaged Products**

If any product is **missing from your order** or you find a product **damaged after opening the parcel**, please make a **clear, continuous unboxing video before opening the parcel**. The video must show the package from all sides, including the shipping label, and should clearly capture the opening of the parcel and its contents.

Please share the complete unboxing video with us through our official contact details. **Without a proper unboxing video, we may not be able to process a return or replacement.**

If the issue is verified, your parcel will be **returned/replaced accordingly**, and we will assist you with the next steps.

**Important Note:** In case of an approved return or replacement due to a missing or damaged product, **no extra charges will be taken from you**. You will only need to pay the applicable **delivery charges**.
